Condotels - Just another name for a mini-condo, these are converted and renovated hotel studios and suites. Condotels are the least expensive vacation property in our area (ask about financing) - they generally start at under $100,000. Onsite management programs allow you to recoup some of your costs when you are not vacationing at the beach. I am one of the area's Top Condotel Sales Professionals.

Condos - Located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, these homes in the sky give you and your family a great getaway. Our beachfront condos starting in the low $300's and up.

New Construction - Recently completed three bedroom condos on the oceanfront start in the low $600's and up. They are built to strict hurricane codes, offering security, excellent amenities, and onsite rental offices. Enjoy a spacious home as your primary residence or your vacation getaway.

Pre-Construction - You can reserve condos and homes that have not been built yet, often selling them for a profit before completion. As one of the areas's Top Producers in Pre-Construction sales, I will guide you through the maze of offerings. Reservations allow you to leverage an exciting property with a minimum down payment, and at closing, you get the keys to your home in paradise. Waterfront condos on the Halifax River (Intracoastal Waterway) start in the low $500's - there may be a few boat slips available if you act fast.

Beach Bungalows - Cute and close to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, these homes give investors a great platform to renovate, rebuild or upgrade. Excellent values abound, with some homes in the $200's and $300's within walking distance of the surf and sand.
